Читаю сейчас книжку – Роджер К. Гибсон «Формирование инвестиционного портфеля, управление финансовыми рисками» (спасибо db). Книжка во всех смыслах правильная и полезная для тех, кто интересуется финансовыми рынками и инвестициями. В двух словах: время – главный интсрумент на рынке акций, что полностью соответствует словам Уоррена Баффета о том, что, любимый срок на который он покупает акции – это навсегда. И вот тут мне кое-что вспомнилось.
В начале 90-х годов, когда началась приватизация, момя мама успела проработать около 20 лет на Ростовском мясокомбинате, и за это получила какойто небольшой процент акций своего предприятия. В это же время руководители предприятия начали предлагать продать свои акции тем кто их получил, большинство продавали, я же уговорил маму не продавать, отчасти понимая что деньги во первых небольшие, а во вторых часть успешного предприятия это возможность в будущем хорошо заработать.
И все было бы хорошо, живи мы в другой стране, в которой есть хоть какая-то культура финансовых рынков. В итоге руководители через серию мошеннических действий получили предприятие в свое распоряжение, оставив новоиспеченных “акционеров” с хуем носом.
Отсюда мораль: планируя финансовые риски – не надо забывать где мы живем, а это и есть самый бльшой риск.
PS: сейчас бывший Ростовский мясокомбинат, ныне Группа компаний “Тавр” – одно из крупнейших предприятий Ростовской области.
